What markets do you offer pre-purchase inspections in?
We currently provide pre-purchase inspections in the following regions: Auckland, Northland, Coromandel, Waikato and the Bay of Plenty.
How long does an inspection take?
Depending on the type of inspection you have purchased, from 1 to 2.5 hours onsite with the vehicle.
When will I receive the inspection report?
Written reports are issued within 24 hours of the physical inspection.
Can I get any details on the vehicle/inspection faster than 24 hours?
Yes, if the inspection has already been paid for, we will phone you immediately following the inspection and provide a verbal download on any issues we discovered. The written report will still follow 24 hours later.
Do you perform checks at dealers as well as privately?
Yes. We do a large number of pre-purchase inspections each year at dealers (in addition to the private sales/residences).
Are you mobile, or do I bring the vehicle to you?
We are 100% mobile and travel to the caravan or motorhome being inspected. You do NOT need to bring it to us. However, we do have a workshop in South Auckland (near Pukekohe) if that is your preference.
